We’re seeking a passionate Web Applications Product Manager to join our growing team! In this B2C focused role, you’ll be responsible for leading the charge in developing and delivering innovative web experiences that drive user engagement and business growth.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be conquering:

• Overseeing the entire web application lifecycle: From initial concept brainstorming to launch and ongoing maintenance, you’ll be the shepherd guiding our web applications through every stage. This includes:
  • High-Level Definition Specs: Collaborating with stakeholders to define the core features, functionalities, and user journeys of the application.
  • Detailed Definition Specs: Working closely with designers and developers to translate high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
• Leading Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. This means ensuring designers, developers, and stakeholders are all on the same page, meeting deadlines, budget expectations, and delivering top-notch quality.
• Integration Maestro: Managing complex workflows and ensuring seamless connections between our web applications and various 3rd party APIs will be your domain.
• Data-Driven Decisions: You’ll champion a data-centric approach, leveraging performance metrics to optimize user experience and ensure our applications are constantly evolving to meet user needs.
• Building a Thriving Development Environment: Fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere where your team can excel is key. You’ll be responsible for creating a space that encourages open communication, problem-solving, and innovation.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in web application project management
• Has a proven track record of delivering successful B2C web projects on time and within budget
• Boasts strong technical proficiency, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats
• Is an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts effectively

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with gamification elements
• Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation
• Familiarity with popular web development frameworks
• Experience and understanding in trading
