News trading is allowed except for bracket strategies around news.

Bracketing is when you are adding both BUY STOP & SELL STOP at the same time in the news. Meaning if one side is hit then you entered in and when the other is hit then you are also entering the market.

For High Stakes

Holding open trades over the news is allowed on all of our programs, but we do have some limitations on orders being executed during the news. Executing orders 2 minutes before until 2 minutes after high-impact news is prohibited. We refer to Forex Factory and we follow the server time.

Any profits made at this time will be deducted from the account and won’t go towards your target. Losses will be absorbed by you.

Example: US CPI is getting announced at 15:30 server time
You can’t have a new order being executed between 15:28 – 15:32

Why? Because given the speed and slippage of the movements during high-impact news, these kinds of trades do not make money in the real market, although you may see a profit on your side.

Note: For high-impact news restrictions, the rule applies to the exact moment an order is triggered and executed, not when the pending order was placed. Any pending order that triggers inside a restricted news window will be treated as a news trading violation.
