How can I pay for Services and Evaluation fees using cryptocurrency?
Crypto payments are processed through designated, regulated third-party payment service providers (such as Confirmo). At checkout, you can complete your payment using one of two methods:
- Connect Wallet: An automated wallet integration option.
- Manual Payment: A manual cryptocurrency transfer.
We strongly recommend using Connect Wallet to ensure real-time transaction matching and to prevent execution discrepancies.
What happens if I make a mistake with a Manual Payment?
If you choose Manual Payment, you are solely responsible for accurately sending the exact required amount, selecting the correct blockchain network, and providing all required order identifiers. Failing to match the payment parameters exactly—such as underpaying, overpaying, sending funds after the payment window expires, or selecting the wrong network—results in a Payment Mismatch.
Can a Payment Mismatch be investigated or recovered?
Any manual investigation, tracing, fund recovery, or account adjustment for a Payment Mismatch is handled directly by the third-party payment service provider (e.g., Confirmo), subject to their terms and conditions. If recovery or adjustment is approved and executed:
- The process is subject to a non-refundable administrative processing fee charged by the payment service provider (the Recovery Fee), which is 100 USD.
- The Recovery Fee will be deducted directly from the recovered funds or must be settled prior to account activation.
Are all mismatched or lost payments eligible for recovery?
No. Payment Mismatches where the total affected amount is less than or equal to the payment provider’s Recovery Fee threshold are strictly ineligible for manual investigation, tracing, or recovery. Any mismatched or erroneous manual transfer below this threshold is deemed unrecoverable and irrevocably forfeited.
Are fund recoveries guaranteed?
No. Neither the Company nor its payment service providers are obligated to recover funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, or blocked destinations. Additionally, all cryptocurrency transactions remain subject to applicable Sanctions Regimes and compliance screening.
