Drawdown After Withdrawing a Payout

last update: June 10, 2026

After withdrawing a payout, your balance will start with a new 4% drawdown calculated from your new starting balance.

For example: You have a funded account that has grown to $55,000. You request a payout of $1,500, bringing your balance to $53,500. (Your Drawdown is $52,800 – 4% of 55K)

  • Your new 4% drawdown is calculated from $53,500.
  • 4% of $53,500 = $2,140.
  • Your new drawdown limit is $51,360.

This means after every payout, your drawdown resets based on your new balance, giving you a fresh buffer to continue trading.
